Mesa Campground welcomes you to Gunnison, Colorado! It’s under new ownership as of 2021, and they’re reinventing the place.
If you are ready for a warm, fun season of outdoor activities, water sports, fishing, exploration, hiking, music, dance, community, and campfire comradery, add this campground to your vacation.
They’re open to all ages, whoever you are.
They’re merely 3 miles west of Gunnison on US Highway 50, and are minutes away from Blue Mesa Reservoir and Curecanti National Recreation Area. Best of all, the Gunnison River is literally within walking distance from the campground!
They offer clean, grassy, neatly landscaped and beautifully shaded sites with full hookup. They have both open and shaded sites, depending upon your preference. Check out their luxury sites, too!
They also have cabins and two tipis. Enjoy the Wifi, communal fire pits, and the small playground area. The clubhouse is well utilized for playing cards, dominoes, crafts, and general activities. They have a Rec-Hall for larger functions such as our popular Potlucks and socials.
They’re pet friendly.
The campground is open from April 15th to November 15th and is closed during the winter months.
