Westerly RV Park is open all year, so you can enjoy Colorado adventures in every season. Visitors fall in love with Durango, which is about five miles to the south of the Park. Winter guests enjoy skiing at Purgatory, which is a short drive to the north.
The surrounding scenery of the Animas River Valley and the pine studded red cliffs are gorgeous.
This small quiet park is landscaped with lots of trees and offers ample spaces for all guests. Fire pits are available at most sites.
Generous RV spaces with full hook-up campsites and free Wi-Fi await you. The park is designed for self-contained vehicles since there are no public restrooms or showers on site, and there are no ADA accessible facilities.
Guests enjoy hiking in the national forest, mountain bike trails, jeeping, ATVing, horseback riding and more. For those who enjoy rafting or kayaking on the Animas River, there’s a launch site about half a mile from the park.
Many of our 4-legged visitors enjoy our fenced dog area.
A true highlight is riding the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Train! Another amazing day-trip is a visit to the ancient Anasazi Indian cliff dwellings of Mesa Verde.
Nearby grocery, deli and liquor shopping are available across the road at Trimble Crossing.
The nearby beautiful Dalton Ranch Golf Club is known for its golfing and dining.
Across the street, Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa offers a wonderful hot springs & spa.
